• No exchanges unless authorized by Battram Goal Equipment
• All deposits as well as full payments are non-refundable, we produce custom products and cannot issue refunds on cancelled orders
• Payment in full required before production will commence
• Production times given are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, we are a custom manufacturer not a stock producer
• Shipping not included
• Applicable taxes not included
• Additional costs will apply for complex custom graphics requests, or other custom modifications requested
• Online order form must be completed prior to production being scheduled
