Custom Goal Equipment


All protective goal equipment products (pads, gloves, upper body protector, throat guard) manufactured or distributed by Battram Custom Goalie Equipment shall be warrantied to be free of any and all manufacturing defects for a period of one year, and free from material defects 6 months from date of purchase. In the event you have a claim under our warranty policy, please contact Battram Custom Goalie Equipment to see if item qualifies for warranty repair. Item will have to be sent back to Battram Custom Goalie Equipment for inspection and repair, at the end- users cost for shipping. Battram Custom Goalie Equipment reserves the right to refuse warranty repairs if unnecessary abuse is deemed to have taken place. Warranty is only effective for the original owner of the equipment – it is not transferable. Proof of purcase is mandatory for any warranty service to be performed. Battram Custom Goalie Equipment will only honour warranty for items that have been used for ice hockey. There is no warranty coverage for items used for inline or ball hockey played on surfaces other than sport-court. We do not warrantee any Custom sewn or printed graphics. Further restrictions may apply at the sole discretion of Battram Custom Goalie Equipment.

Prices are subject to change, pending supply costs and availability. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exchange rates are calculated at time of order. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Prices do not include shipping, applicable taxes, or additional custom modifications. Please contact us by email for prices on special purchase requests. Additional costs will apply for complex custom graphics requests All orders are custom and non-refundable. Payment in full must be received before production will be scheduled. We accept payment by e-transfer, PayPal and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx).


Orders are accepted online (preferred), or by phone. Please complete our online purchase form to initiate your order. Inquiries may also be made through Facebook messenger. All orders will be verified before production begins. If you would like an update on the status of your order, please contact us.


Please ensure that the equipment which you order is appropriate for your size and requirements. If you have any questions concerning the proper fit of your goal equipment, we are always available and eager to answer them for you.


Payment Policy

Orders must be paid in full to secure spot in production schedule. Payment arrangements are available on a case-to-case basis. A deposit of at least 50% of your order total is required to secure your production slot. Full payment must be made before production will commence. When ordering with a credit card, the card will be billed within 2 weeks of your order being placed in order to secure your production slot.

Estimated timeframe for completion of your order will vary; approximately 4-16 weeks from the date of full payment being received. Please contact us by email for more details about our current wait-time.


All orders are considered custom requests, and any payments or deposits are non-refundable. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, with reimbursement of any payment received.


Hockey is a dangerous sport. Battram Custom Goal manufactures custom-made goalie equipment for ice and roller hockey goalies intended to protect goalies against injury from the hazards of playing hockey. Battram Custom Goal holds no liability for injury sustained while using our products. We build according to customer’s specifications; accuracy of measurements is the responsibility of the customer. Battram Custom Goal reserves the right to make minor cosmetic alterations or substitutions (colour, material choice, etc.) based on availability of materials and design expertise.
